Challenge
When OEM approached us, they needed new moulds made for some of their products already established in the market place. We were given samples of the finished product and were tasked with creating new modern moulds with which to recreate the same product.
Solution
Through our CAD design and 3D modelling programmes, new cast moulds were created and the new products were moulded. Sourcing the required accessory items to complete each unit provided a few unique challenges for our supply team, but the new products are now out the market place alongside the older versions.
